It is important to have sadness in our lives to have a realization of what bad happens.
We should be able to feel heavy about our mistakes, and work to improve them. Also, sadness is good to empathize for others and help lead people in a right direction. Feeling empathy helps build one's confidence. If we ignore tough times people wouldn't have a place to learn from and would lack basic skills.
Tough times are what help people become successful in the future. It is important to have a range of emotions to give people the help they need, as well as learn from their mistake from your tough times. Therefore, a range of emotions helps with learning from others, and helping them at the same time.

Sadness is one of the most important feelings we can have.
It is important to add sadness in our lives because it is what can lead to happiness or satisfaction. I we ignore unhappy feelings we never really know what happiness is. If everything makes us happy then what is the true meaning of happiness?
It is important to feel a range of emotions because it shows us the true meaning of each emotion. If we only feel one emotion, we don't know what other emotions feel like. Having a range of emotions can also lead to success.

It is important to add sadness in our life because we can't just be happy about everything, and you can't just do life without any hurt or pain. I think that a little sadness can help you go through life and through the tough times, and sometimes sadness can help you go to happy.
If we ignore the times and push unhappy feelings aside then all that sadness will bottle up and lead to depression or suicide. You have to let your feelings out to someone because if you are going through a really tough time you need to talk to someone about it, and maybe that person can help you through it.
It is important to feel a range of emotions because you can't just go through life without other emotions.

It is important to feel a range of emotion because without a range, someones life would be very monotone. They would get tired of feeling the same thing everyday and every time something happened.
Having a range of emotions allows try to get passed any obstacles in life. Having a range of emotions is also good because you would not be able to learn form anything if you had one emotion. For example, if you had one emotion and you made a mistake, you would not be able to learn from it. If someone had a range of emotions, they would be able to process the mistake and learn how to fix what they did wrong.

It is important to feel sad so people will realize the happy moments in life; if one is happy all the time, that happiness may not be enough to be happy later. For example, a rich person keeps on buying fashionable things, and eating good meals.
Eventually, those things and actions will seem like a standard way of living. The happiness they felt conducting those actions earlier no longer apply. He/ she need something more. This often leads to more drastic actions that could harm them. Also, if one is happy all the time, and suddenly, a loved one dies, they might not be able to handle the sadness. They might go into depression or sanity.
Too much of everything isn't good, there has to be a balance. (Although, some are needed more than others. )

It is important to allow sadness into our lives because we cant always be happy there has to be a mix of different emotions that our in someones life and that bring a variety of different feelings to express ourselves.
I think that if we push aside our feelings that we will still keep remembering them and it wont always feel in a good way because you will start to question yourself about if you made the right decision and you need to express all of your feelings.
It is important to feel a variety if emotions because you can express yourself in many different ways and by using your emotions it helps pull your character together and lets people know who you are as a person.

It's important to allow sadness in our lives because we should be able to embrace all feelings, and if we don't we end up facing the negative effects.
If we ignore the tough times and continue to repeatedly push unhappy feelings aside, all of those feelings will eventually get pent up and release. It's better to just accept those feelings when we feel them. Keeping them aside will just result in problems in the future.
Emotions are things which make up our personality. It is important to feel a range of emotions because if we push aside the emotions that we don't like, it reduces our view of the world. This happens since our different feelings change the way that we look at things and that changes the way we live our lives. If we just think of sad thoughts, we fail to see the good things happening right in front of us.

It is important to allow sadness into our lives because it is our way of showing ourselves that something or someone has hurt us. It can let others around you know that you need someone to be there for you, as well as remind us to take care of ourselves and take the time to grieve if we need to.
If we push our unhappy feelings aside, we are really just hurting ourselves in the long run. We can ignore the problem and feel better temporarily, but the problem is still there. Although it may be hidden, the problem will eventually resurface and lead to more suffering.
It is important to feel a range of emotions because they are an important part of our experiences. Only being able to feel one emotion all the time can never be ideal in any situation. If we are happy all the time, we will lose the "ups and downs" aspect of our life. Eventually, we won't be able to feel accomplished or proud after doing something because we were already happy. If we are sad, scared, or angry all the time, this is most likely a sign of a mental health issue. Having many different emotions is part of what makes us who we are.
