3 Ways Towards Self-Discovery

September 13, 2019 by Scott Todnem

Self-Discovery
Here’s the final installment of the Summer Shorts podcasts. These episodes have been meant to be a super fast listen with quick tips for health and wellness. I’ve managed to keep these shorts between five and ten minutes in length and enjoyed the writing and media outlet-- hope they’ve proved to be a helpful, easy listen each week. If you can find the time, leave a quick podcast review on whatever platform you’re listening on. That helps us reach a wider audience. Thanks so much.

All summer I’ve asked my adult guests on the podcast for 3 tips to leave for listeners as recommendations for a better, more successful life. You can backtrack and listen as each of these experts give their own unique tips each week. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to speak with these inspiring people, and I’ve certainly learned a ton. If you haven’t yet, check them out because I know you all will enjoy them as well.

The 8th grade students will take over going forward for the school year, and I’ll end each episode with any teacher notes and resources on the topic of the week. Stay tuned for those starting up right away!

So, as we start the new school year and finally say goodbye to summer 2019, here are three quick recommendations I have towards success and self-discovery.

This post is geared towards those who do have a mental, emotional, and/or physical attraction to another person, and who might have honest questions about how to go about starting or managing a dating or committed relationship.
